Our mission is to reduce risk factors for juveniles entering the child welfare or juvenile justice systems by strengthening families, empowering parents, and equipping professionals.

We provide trusted, evidence‑based programs such as 24:7 Dad®, The Parent Project®, and Nurturing Parenting Programs®, along with court‑approved co‑parenting seminars and parent coaching. Our services are designed for custodial and non‑custodial parents, as well as those rebuilding relationships with their children. No matter where families are on their journey, our workshops and coaching help foster resilience, reduce risk factors, and strengthen protective factors.

We offer comprehensive training programs that prepare individuals for success in today’s evolving job market. Our initiatives focus on career readiness, soft skills, and workforce competencies—developing talent and creating opportunities for lasting success.

We strengthen the skills of professionals who work directly with youth and families. Through tailored workshops, in‑service training, and continuing education opportunities, we equip practitioners with the tools to create lasting positive change and effectively support those they serve.
