Monica Kindle is the Founder and Principal Consultant of SkillSource TD, bringing a unique combination of executive leadership, human resource development expertise, direct service experience, and lived experience to her work.

Her professional background spans juvenile justice, child welfare, organizational development, workforce development, and youth and family advocacy. 

Throughout her career, Monica has served in direct service, training, organizational learning, and senior leadership roles across the public and private sectors. Her experience includes working with vulnerable youth and families, supporting professionals who serve them, developing organizational talent, and leading initiatives that strengthen workplace practices and organizational effectiveness.

Monica's professional expertise, combined with her personal experience navigating childhood adversity, educational disruption, and systems involvement, provides a distinctive perspective on the challenges young people and families face, and the opportunities helping professionals have to make a meaningful difference.

Through SkillSource TD, Monica brings these experiences together to bridge gaps between families, communities, and helping professionals. Her work focuses on strengthening families, expanding opportunities for young people, and equipping professionals with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to create lasting positive change.
